Yesterday I babied they loading of two batches of skipped issues, updated the surveys code, merged main into the surveys code with alarming ease, went to a pile of meetings, and drafted weekly update reports for the all-hands and Asana. I wrote up a description of my current duties for HR to see what job profiles they have available that might better suit what I actually do now, wrote up new hiring freeze paperwork for all the contract extensions, reviewed the work the girls did Wednesday night without me on who will monitor which signal dashboards, and finished up the changes to the HHS hospital dataset state daily update code.

Dinner solo, SG-1, crossword when P got out of class, snack, sleep. Dreamt of a dreadful authoritarian movie theater on campus, a kind concessions seller, a weird freeflight model airplane design I couldn’t get working, underground skirt consultations, wild dogs, pop-up origami cards with bad instructions. All kinds of disorienting.
