Yesterday started off promising, with a 30 hour load estimate. However, the load job rapidly slowed, to the effect of 60-70 hours remaining. We spent the afternoon talking through various plan B options, and eventually worked around to: generate a much smaller priority dataset to load into a third table, hook that up as the primary covidcast table, then trickle in the remaining data later. I wrote a script to generate a couple options for what priority means, and let it run overnight.

Dinner solo, SG-1, crossword once P was done with class, snack, sleep. Dreamt of the terrible K12 desks with the pencil groove at the top, spilling calligraphy pen nibs everywhere, simple electronics demonstrations with soft metals and a kindof lanolin silly putty substance, shaking hands badly with a disheveled public figure, a fun fair curiously placed next to an Olympic gymnastics team training session.
