My whip-stitches are improving

infryqYesterday I finished the hem band, and washed the skirt along with our
usual laundry to get rid of any stray oils and chalk. It screwed up the
canvas inside the hem band something awful though so I’ll need to tack it
in place before I wash it again.
I made a Dorset button while finishing Lucifer, crooked but not bad for a
first try. I’ve started another one that will be straighter.
Crossword, dinner, folded all the laundry, and then I watched The Mummy.
