Bread, cheese, and jam

Yesterday I cut the bread open, and it is a success! Great crumb, great
crust, just have to remember the salt and get better at rising and shaping.
I spun some more sweater singles, but was pretty tired most of the day so
went to bed early. A touch of sore throat.
