I might prefer a tighter weave
Aug. 12th, 2019 07:05 amYesterday I finished binding the neckline on the navy print and started the burgundy floral. There’s a new book out by Zen Cho so I started rereading Sorcerer To The Crown. We went to the farmers market and got blueberries, nectarines, peaches, eggplant, cherry peppers, beans, zucchini, basil, parsley, tomato, jalapeños, a sourdough chocolate chip cookie, and a ciabattini. I made more nut/seed bars using the date syrup, and over-baked them a touch but they’re still pretty good. After lunch we did the crossword, which had a fun trick. I did the usual laundry and hung it out on the line, and changed the bedding to the new linen sheets from Luna I got on deep sale back in winter. They are nubbly but I think good. We’ll see how they launder. Flipped the line, folded everything. Roasted the eggplant, some languishing poblanos, and a few of the jalapeños. Dinner, brought in the last of the laundry, started the new season of She-Ra, snack, sleep.
