Yesterday I looked around the house for things I might use to build an alternate work setup, but nothing was easy and I wasn’t up for something difficult. I wrote some code from the couch in the nest, and that worked surprisingly well. Pushed fluids all day, and I have most of my mobility back. I finished up a reorganization of our extraction scripts that lets us run them from the command line without having to edit the source code every time.
Chirp, my audiobook provider of choice, has added a wishlist feature that automatically notifies you when something on it goes on sale, which is perfect. I spent some time going through my goodreads to-read shelf and just putting in each book in turn. Then I bought the second murderbot book and started reading it.
For lunch I switched out the broccoli for peas, and that seemed to work alright. Snacks and dinner were both fine. Crossword, DS9, told the story of our collaboration with F to P and why I now have two new daily meetings, sleep.
