That yarn is so soft

Yesterday I finished arranging all the gathers for tier two of the voile
petticoat, then went in to work early for a very brief meeting with my
boss. I got approval to buy whatever makes my life easiest, which is
excellent. I spent the rest of the day continuing to catalogue data usage
and compress old files. I finally just put everything in a spreadsheet for
easier computation... we have 84 terabytes of data. What the actual F. A
bunch of that is duplication and internal backups, so it will come down
before I’m done, but seriously.
P had the car on campus so we drove home. Dinner, crossword, and then I
listened to Witch and darned another of P’s hats. This one wasa gift from
his parents from a trip to Nova Scotia I think? I used leftover
Shetland/angora and the color match is pretty good— you can’t see it until
you know where to look. Pleased.
The reflux meds arrived, so I took my first dose at dinner. Here’s hoping
they make for an easier winter.
