I am not ready for it to be this cold
Dec. 9th, 2017 12:17 pmYesterday I cleared away all the junk from the foot and the side of the
bed, vacuumed again, and pulled all the bedding into the laundry. I found
some more card fronts and a bunch of patterned papers I’d forgotten about.
I finally started my period, so the rest of the day was clouded by the
usual thin haze of misery of the first day. I had a therapy appointment
which helped, had lunch with C which helped, and wrote some pretty good
code that helped.
P is sick with either a mild lower-gi flu or slight food poisoning. There
was some suspicious hoisin in his dinner Thursday, and there’s been a
variety of plagues going around on campus, so it could be either. He’s been
okay with toast and bananas though so it’s looking up regardless.
I dreamt that Sephora dug up and revived my favorite recommendation tool
from my favorite (dream-land) indie makeup/fashion shop that had gone out
of business years ago. I was really excited about it because I had
otherwise resorted to this terrible sketchy blog thing that left dubiously
sfw popups everywhere.
