infryqYesterday I roasted all the squash in the house, since we can’t seem to
keep them hale on the counter.
I sewed the back princess seams, and trimmed the pockets back into
alignment. Next time I need to include notches at both ends of all inside
curves. Alternatively, figure out how to arrange things so that lining up
the seam allowances automatically lines up the seamlines, but that sounds
harder.
I did the laundry, and hung it out since the weather was good. My sister
and I talked on the phone for like an hour, about everything and nothing,
it was great. They’re doing family thanksgiving on Saturday, including some
of our less savory relatives, so we talked coping strategies.
P made bread and successfully distributed it at the north side thanksgiving
in the form of toast. I stayed home and watched the first season of The
Good Place. It was chill and I wouldn’t have had it any other way.
