An xact-o blade really does make a good seam ripper

Yesterday I finished the bag! Mostly. I still have to sew on the velcro
straps that will attach it to the bike. But then it's done!

Next I'm sewing the Rhapsody top from Love Notions out of some linen blend
crepe.

I made soap, a lavender-thyme blend. I was smart and reserved the thyme for
a small portion of the batch, hand stirred it in and immediately poured as
it started to heat up. I managed to get it smoothed before it set up, then
was able to take my time with swirls on the rest of the batter.
