Yesterday my wrists were bugging me (too much laptop typing probably, but
that's not likely to be done with yet) so instead of knitting on my sweater
I spun a bit.

Diet seems pretty much back to normal. New nutritionist says give it 5 days
before trying again though, so, sure.

My sourdough starter is doing pretty well! Yesterday it had tripled in size
after 8 hours so I may need to move it to a bigger jar. We used the
discards to make pita and it worked great; there's also a scallion pancake
recipe P wants to try.
