A scatterbrained Becky Chambers

Yesterday I reviewed pull requests, met with our claims data partner, met with Engineering and viz, and otherwise worked on the new F codebase. I found and fixed one problem, but it only cleared a small percentage of the differences between the old and new codebases. I analyzed the remaining differences for some rough categories, but nothing jumped out. More work to do. While things were running I did the training to be certified to work with minors, since I’ll be taking over the high school test group coordinator position from K when she returns to thesis work in a few weeks.
Dinner, trash, crossword, sewing and Roswell (finished the waistband; they fit! Afterthought pockets are next), snack, sleep. Dreamt of a sketchy AF road camping trip, sorting through decades of discarded cell phones and travel documents, temporary floating platforms for staging bridge repairs, urban hiking.
I finished An Unconventional Mr. Peadlebody, which deus ex machina’d it’s way to an abbreviated ending for no good reason I can detect. I started A Pale Light in the Black by KB Wagers, which isn’t sure what kind of story it wants to be yet.
