I get to plan our nov 12 group meeting

Yesterday I sewed the zipper to the seam allowances, top-stitched the short side, and pressed the lap side. I might try a triple stitch on the lap to simulate thicker topstitching thread.

I finished Kings of the North, and my headphones gave up. Well, they were the cheap ones from the CMU bookstore, so I guess it figures. I ordered three pairs of the Sony ones that fit my ears that CMU no longer stocks for unknown reasons. I started the next book, Echoes of Betrayal. I’m liking my new audiobook purveyor, Chirp. Reasonable prices, decent player, not Amazon.

At work I read through an early draft of M’s masters thesis proposal and wrote up comments. I finished fixing the ifthen serialization bug, fixed a session IDs bug in the web console, and got all tests to pass, so made a commit. Something in the REST controller is still broken though, since the same scenario breaks in the web console. Boo.

Home, finished the cloud embroidery and started laying out an abstract triangle sampler. Dinner, trash, crossword, Elementary, snack, sleep.
