I hope she sleeps for two days now

Yesterday was all paper, all the time. I finished the system diagram and also did up a proof tree. I wrote up the datasets section, sketched out the discussion section, and rewrote the intro to the rule embeddings section. I added sample success and failure dialogs, and coded all the statements we collected to report statistics on what applies to our case and what does not. Basically 8:30 to 10pm, with lunch and a snack and some group work sessions, home at 6 for a short break and some dinner, then working remotely with a phone call open to the others. There was still a bunch left when I conked out, and overleaf was set to go down for maintenance at 2am before the paper deadline at 6, but I have an email from F at 6:10 with the final version so she clearly pulled it off. Very proud of her and all of us; the scheduling of the user study was extremely tight and I wasn’t sure we’d make it work.
