Yesterday I spun some more teal yarn, slogged through more data processing
at work, had a good lab meeting about formal explainability systems, and a
commensurately late dinner.
Food-wise, I’m tracking meals and weight again for a bit, which seems to be
helping. I am doing good with edamame! My tentative working hypothesis is
that the extra protein is contributing to my increased appetite in the
afternoons (instead of it just being digestive caprice). Here’s hoping.
