The flash-fried soup was really good

Yesterday I finished another bobbin of teal yarn, determined that our
current freebase dump isn’t going to work for the web questions dataset,
dug through the internet and found the correct copy, and started the slow
process of downloading unpacking and filtering all over again. P met with A
to catch up; she is in from California to see about joining the faculty at
the SF campus.

Had a really fantastic dream about helping a caterer remove the protective
blue film from her van, then catching a lift on the roof to the bottom of
the hill where I jumped off and started walking. I found a park full of
monkey bars, a dude really good at hamster ball who kept trying to engage
me in hacky-sack, an abandoned summer camp, a sawmill hacker space, and a
great Italian restaurant that started us on a prix fixe menu at five pm and
threw good-natured shade at La Prima.
