And my stretch thread came in the mail
Sep. 7th, 2017 10:25 amYesterday I met with two students, very promising. The early schedule
worked out, though I am struggling with this effect where everything feels
terrible and wretched and then it suddenly fades and everything is fine.
Sometimes it all comes back, sometimes not. The randomness of it is pretty
frustrating.
I did a turn in the garden and picked a few beans (blue lake, fortex, and
blau), some Malabar spinach, and trimmed a bunch of sad leaves from the
Lebanese squash. This weekend is for more potatoes, I think. The sweet
potatoes are finally starting to hit a good stride, as are some of the
beans. I've got to get things planted earlier next year somehow. Maybe this
is the winter I build cold frames?
