infryq: Kitchen scene at dawn, post-processed to appear as if painted (Default)
Yesterday I brushed out a basket of washed Shetland fleece. I haven't
decided whether I'm going to card it or just spin it as-is.

We went to the Strip and I got two new kinds of cheese, an aged Gouda and
something called Alta Badia.

After lunch I cut out and graded the Belcarra shirt pattern, cut out
fabric, sewed major seams and fit it. P helped me take two darts out of the
back. There are still a couple of odd wrinkles in the back shoulders but
I've decided not to care for this round. I'm using a different method for
the neck binding so I'll end up with properly finished raw edges on the
inside; no idea why the pattern just has you leave them.
