Yesterday I plied two bobbins of sweater yarn; two more to go and that had
better be enough to finish the sweater or I'm screwed.

I made a wee breadling with the sourdough discards, and I'll bake that
today. I didn't add any water at all, just bread flour, which seems to be
the trick (or the small size is just plain easier to handle). I used a
combination of fatimahisokay's and my old kneading method since it was too
small to really slap effectively. Instead of sprinkling the rise cloth with
flour while it was already in the bowl like last time, I spread it out on
the counter and really worked the flour in. This should help it release
better. I hope.
