Yesterday I finished the other pocket in P’s pj pants, and sewed one side of the waistband to the drawstring elastic. I read more of Imager, which is adding a good deal of intrigue. The female characters are getting better too. The author may be using this series to learn to write. I approve.

At work I got through the bulk of the packing, sorting, and trashing, then left the rest for today and switched back to my actual job. I finished the SQL changes, fixed a couple of bugs in the typechecking for frames, then ran into a quandary: since we’re now providing both the field address and the value of the field, there’s no longer an easy way to distinguish whether the user means us to copy a field by reference or by value. That’s probably worth a team meeting, since it ties into the stuff we want to do with mixed initiatives.

Home, did the crossword with P, sent him off to his evening class, did dinner, Voyager, decompressed with P when he got home, snack, sleep. Dreamt of a weird multi-day audience-participation theater performance that took place on a train.
