Moping on the internet isn’t helping

Yesterday I successfully redid the slot seam pockets, and laid out the
contrast panels that will back the box pleats. I had a rough focus day at
work sprinkled with panic attacks, but managed to find a workaround for a
bug I was blocked on, and finished my Friday goal ahead of schedule. After
dinner I made some progress on Gerty’s embroidery project.

[food/mh] I’ve been struggling some with the ends of meals, inappropriately
pushing myself to eat more, feeling ill, waiting it out and continuing
rather than accepting it as a genuine signal to stop even though I might
still feel also hungry. It’s probably time to cut back meal portions again
and increase snack portions to make up the loss. Summer vegetables are
delicious but not terribly calorie efficient.
