I’ll be sore for a while

Yesterday was super productive. I did some spinning, finally added it to
Ravelry along with a bunch of other data entry for club fibers, and darned
the last remaining holes in my favorite transitional sweater. I made
lentils and had a good lunch. P went to the hardware store and braved some
pretty egregious road rage. I geared up with goggles, gloves, and dust
mask, and extracted a couple of panes of glass from two of the old windows
we kept when we upgraded to fiberglass. It appears to take about an hour
per window, and scraping all the old putty and paint off is a real pain,
but hopefully worth it.
I got my blood test results back, and everything is normal-for-me except
for two components of the metabolic panel. The internet says that while I’m
not malnourished (surprising, but I do take my vitamins) there may be
something going on with my kidneys. Doc will know.
