Yesterday I merged a PR prematurely, broke a bunch of stuff, and had to back it out. I feel bad since it created a bunch of work for B to fix. I spent the rest of the morning making some progress on releasing the HHS hospitalizations indicator and merging PRs. The afternoon was a meeting marathon, with the process inventory kickoff, the design review for converting the API server from PHP to Python, and some one on ones. Finished up by finding a few bugs in the HHS daily snapshot data fetcher that A was able to fix pretty quickly.

Dinner, crossword, SG-1, snack, sleep. Dreamt of a mushroom emporium, getting confused and lost in a network of shuttles to get home, a sortof domed synthetic beach vacation spa, and meeting up with mom and grandma at an event honoring women.

Ambassador 1 continues the casual misogyny of the protagonist for his fiancée, and layers on horrendous communication skills. It is a struggle to believe that someone so diplomatically incompetent would obtain a position as the only liaison between Earth and the rest of the galaxy.
