Yesterday I did a bunch of 1:1 meetings, went to team leads and discussed the JHU outage and strategy for fixing it, discussed the draft Objectives & Key Results doc we’re working on with W and S, discussed the draft proposal L is drawing up for a potential collaboration with the business innovation office, and delegated fixing a bunch of JHU stuff (good job, past me; positive reinforcement appreciated). Helped Z onboard our new technical writer. Dinner, crossword, Tales of the City, no snack, sleep. Dreamt of stowing away on trains, tea parties, intrigue, visiting friends to help with their garden, kiwi vines, sunflowers, trellises.
