It’s exhausting
Feb. 27th, 2020 07:09 amYesterday I finished taking apart the orange tank and started a white long-sleeve shirt. I started reading Ruby Red by Kerstin Geir on recommendation of a woman in one of my historical fashion/sewing groups; there’s a meme about time travel shows and how they always miss the opportunity to show you a sassy costume manager, and apparently this series has exactly that character. They haven’t shown up yet, but it’s nevertheless good so far.
At work I dug in to T’s code for the programming-by-demonstration project to prepare for today’s walkthrough. He doesn’t seem to have the sempre grammar or other materials available anywhere, and the rest is all Android which is not my favorite. Bleh.
Home on the shuttle with P, dinner, trash, crossword, DS9, snack, sleep. Dreamt of using an iron and a heat gun to shrink plastic wrap, turning the heat gun into a big heat dish to thaw frosty grass for baby chickens and, alarmingly, tiger cubs and their moms, and having to convince a restaurant proprietor that my dietary challenges were not a judgement of her establishment. Boo.
