Yesterday I started tidying the sewing room, doing some languishing ironing and pulling some stained dish towels for bleaching. At work I started bashing on unit tests, getting one to pass and starting another. I also met with T to figure out a plan for the semester: we’re going to head for a specific use case in integrating with B’s team, focusing on keeping the projects fairly separate with an API to exchange information between them. More details in a team meeting on Tuesday. Home, dinner while P taught his evening sub class, then decompressed with P once he got home. The power must have gone out at some point during the day since the furnace was sulking, but I didn’t figure it out until crossword time because I’d been cold all day anyhow. Winter gonna wint.

Crossword, Voyager, snack, sleep. Dreamt of raw fish paste, poisonous mineral pigments/ritual components, forgetting to pack for moving house, spindles, S persistently trying to get me to come back to competitive WCS, mountain paths, huge old-fashioned bread ovens.
