Yesterday I sewed snaps onto the flannel pads. I wasn’t up for the
cerebrality of drafting.

Mirror Dance has been excellent on both action and depth of character
fronts. Lots of screen time for the non-men, very appropriate given certain
characters out of action or overwhelmed.

We had lunch with C and J at the Federal Galley! They were in town for the
ATTW conference, and had tacked an extra day and a half onto their stay for
Pittsburgh adventures (including an interview for Spark at the WQED studio,
very exciting). I haven’t seen her since the last Olin reunion so it was
excellent times. We walked them over to the aviary after so they could make
the sloth show, and I got to see a pelican and some Peruvian condors.

At work I finished off the field array tests and wrote up a progress report
for my boss. It’s a nice chunky one; feels good.

I went to therapy and had a deep discussion of epilepsy and how to set
boundaries with someone who is having a temporal seizure. What to expect.
How to think about and establish fairness when your partner rejects the
whole concept. When I can/should cut off a spiraling conversation; how to
tell. Super good; my therapist is fantastic. If I can I should find out
what meds A’s already tried.

P was on campus working, and drove us home via a geagle for katiesnacks and
dairy. Dinner, crossword, Flash, snack, sleep.
