Also way more obviously written for women
Jun. 3rd, 2018 06:19 amYesterday I did the laundry and hung it on the line, finished a bobbin of
Romney singles, knit a few rows on P’s sock, and sorted & skirted the
alpaca fleece and completed the first soak/wash cycle in the bathtub. We
went on a field trip to the Shadyside market district, the teaching garden
(where I ate a delicious strawberry), and the coop. I re-upped on chips and
fruit snacks, but nobody had puffed corn, just rice, wheat, and kamut.
Alas. I finished Borrowing Blue and started another book in the series,
Taming Teddy. It’s not as good; the title character is a pushy, presumptive
asshole whose only MO seems to be taking advantage of other people’s
reluctance to treat him as badly as he treats them.
