Too early in the year for heat insomnia

Yesterday I was up early, and got in a substantial amount of spinning with
a couple of stretch breaks. Meetings at work, warm in the house, rain in
the evening. Finished stitching the embroidery project to the scroll frame
and started winding floss onto bobbins... this stuff is rayon, and not only
slippery but it really wants to be straight. Not sure how well it will hold
a knot, let alone some of the fancier stitches.
