“Sea pearls” is cute
Jan. 21st, 2018 11:46 amYesterday I spun a bit, P and I did errands at the coop and five points, I
deep-cleaned the stovetop (the mice are still a problem), and knit a few
rounds while finishing up Red Oaks. Despite a few painful antifeminist
tropes I really recommend it — that there is plenty of story without
putting anyone in synthetic mortal danger (they do start off with a heart
attack) is just really... nice.
My grandmother is doing okay; lots of tests and occupational therapy and
physical therapy. She’s eating well, which is good. They found a tiny
something to explain the stroke, and also plaques, which is weird since her
cholesterol numbers have always been pretty normal. Bodies are tricky.
