Yesterday I trued all the seams and curves for the bodice, though I still
have to decide whether or not to split for princess seams.

I completed the tricky part of my embroidery pattern, where some leaves
overlap. The first one tuned out a bit wonky but I got the hang of it! I
watched a video last week on shading with long-and-short stitch and some of
the techniques seem to transfer.

It’s service auction time again for my ugrad and I donated what is
basically a swap box, because I enjoyed putting one of those together last
winter on ravelry.

Food-wise, cheese seems to be tentatively back, which is a big help.
Cabbage in the soup is delicious and full of vitamins and doesn’t appear to
be affecting me negatively. Small victories. It’s still far too dark far
too early (I went to bed at 8:15 last night) and everything normal is
terrifying and it’s exhausting remembering over and over again that no,
really, it’s fine.
