Yesterday I sewed up the bag lining I'd slit to do strap number one. I
managed to flub some ease somewhere, and missed the edge of a zippered
pocket, so I may rip it back out and do it again. I can't pin it first
since that doesn't leave anywhere to put my fingers, but I might pin it to
figure the ease and then place landmarks to help stay on track throughout
the length of the seam.
P and I cleaned out the kitchen freezer, which always feels quite freeing.
Hopefully I'll do the downstairs one tonight in time for trash day, and
then there will be space for the green bean harvest. I kept track last
winter and I apparently ate twenty quarts of green beans. Remarkable!
