Latest crackers are making progress too
May. 11th, 2017 10:31 amYesterday I attempted to modify my cornmeal pancakes recipe to include some
soy protein powder, and failed in multiple dimensions: the batter went far
too thick and crumbly, the extra protein made them stick to the griddle
like glue, and I had a lot of trouble maintaining temperature control. I'm
out of practice, basically. They're pretty delicious anyway, you just end
up eating a bowl of pancake.
Unexpected side effect of diet changes so far: I get thirsty! It's been
years since I've been thirsty without the house being over 85 degrees. So
that's good?
