Yesterday I sewed another tuck in the petticoat (40 minutes this time;
practice helps) and worked on the embroidery for the wee owl.
At work I wrapped up the equipment purchase, got N ready to apply for an
extension for her AWS grant, compressed some more files, and worked through
some proofish things for R. Also cleared all the unfinished food out of my
office in prep for vacation.
P had the car on campus so we drove home, and P did his packing while I
decompressed. Mom called to vent about everyone’s health melting at once,
and catch up with news here. Dinner and crossword and then I finished the
gbbo master class series and knit up to the neck of owlet #2.
Some gut distress, probably a combination of travel anxiety and two many
