Crossword theme was cute

Yesterday I made date nut balls (dates, raisins, cranberries, pecans,
coconut, chop to disintegrate, maple syrup, cook down, cool to handle, roll
into balls, let set) and P made ma’amoul. It was super cold out, so I
stayed in, but everybody else went out. I packed a box, and my luggage.
Read some more Cadfael. Knit some more sock. Played some more Sevn. Very
chill day. Food behaved. Fire in the fireplace. Nice.
