Aaaaaaaaaaaaaa
Yesterday was unusual and thus difficult.
I had a 10:40 doctors appointment (new meds, and that weird flutter thing
is just a tic), which meant cold lunch, completely spaced on my therapist
appointment, called the desk while I speed walked to try and salvage half
of it, but I was too late (insurance doesn’t pay if you miss too much of
your appointment), called to reschedule and got voicemail. Moved my 4:30
meeting up, which was nice, but picked up a 10am meeting this morning; not
so nice. Rescheduled therapist over txt, which is awkward, but got in for
next Wednesday while I’m on vacation (nice) on the same day as my massage
(suboptimal). I did get home in time to see P off for his evening class,
and spent the rest of the night on embroidery. I finished round two and
started round three.
