Yesterday I got a bunch of plying done, and some sock knitting. Almond
butter in the oatmeal is good. Some in the rice lunch, with ground
coriander, fenugreek, and cinnamon is also good. Baked potato with kale and
green beans for dinner. Ate a touch too many sunflower seeds for snack;
still struggling with appetite vs satiety vs nausea.
