Yesterday I attempted GF macaroni and cheese. GF cheese sauce turns out to
be rather challenging; what I ended up with was macaroni and cheese-soup.
Still pretty tasty though.

I'm getting better at in-hand spinning with a distaff, and particularly at
winding on one-handed.

We went to May Market at Phipps, and got tarragon, chervil, horehound,
anise basil, marigolds, dill, and a neat perennial basil.
